Returns Policy
As the Elvie kegel trainer is an intimate product we cannot accept returns.
If the Elvie is unopened, still wrapped in original packaging, we can under special circumstances accept a return. The product must be brand new and NEVER used.
Please Note: A refund will not be issued, until the product has been returned and assessed.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
